Job Description Job Description Position Title: Primary Care Physician Location: Monroe , North Carolina Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Setting: Outpatient Position Summary: We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice located in Monroe , North Carolina This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing and administrative support Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines Call is minimal and shared among providers; no inpatient rounding required Flexibility available and will be discussed during the interview process Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Retirement plan with employer match Generous PTO Sign-on bonus available We look forward to hearing from you !
