Lead at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in managing and
improving our trauma care services. This position involves
supervising a dedicated team of trauma care professionals, ensuring
the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a culture of
continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role will
possess leadership skills, deep clinical expertise in trauma care,
and a passion for healthcare innovation. Lead, supervise, and train
the trauma nurse team to ensure adherence to the highest standards
of care. Assess and monitor patient care, intervene as necessary
and document interventions and patient response. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive
patient care. Manage patient care logistics including workflow,
scheduling, and patient prioritization. Participate in and lead
debriefings and case reviews to continuously improve service
quality. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and
maintain certification requirements. Advocate for patient needs and
serve as a key resource for family and patient education. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in trauma care
protocols and best practices. Excellent organizational,
communicative, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Expertise in
clinical decision making and patient assessment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certified
Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
certification preferred. Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
certification.
