Job Description Primary Care Physician in Creedmoor, NC BC/BE in
Internal Medicine We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join
our team in Creedmoor, NC, to provide care in a rural
setting.Responsibilities: Provide evaluations, exams, and treatment
for various conditions. Offer routine and preventive care like
vaccinations and screenings. Care for patients of all ages. Build
relationships with patients and participate in community health
programs. Work with other healthcare providers and use telemedicine
when needed. Maintain patient records and manage
scheduling.Qualifications: MD or DO degree. Valid NC medical
license or eligibility. Board certified or eligible in Family
Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar. Experience in rural care
is preferred.Skills: Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently. Familiar with electronic health
records (EHR).Working Conditions: Hours: Monday-Friday (8 am - 5
