HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Pulmonary to join our skilled team of healthcare professionals. In

to pulmonary care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence
to best practices in pulmonary nursing. This position requires a
dynamic leader who can effectively manage nursing staff, coordinate
patient care with physicians, and maintain high standards of

and improve human life. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of
pulmonary patient care. Manage, train, and evaluate nursing staff
within the pulmonary department. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to develop care plans. Implement policies and
protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance. Monitor patient
progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Participate in
continuous quality improvement initiatives. Advanced knowledge of
pulmonary diseases and treatments. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in electronic health record systems. Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS/ACLS certification.
Certification as a Pulmonary Care Nurse preferred.
