management, ICP management, seizure management, and critical care
patient management including titrating drips and invasive

Intensive Care Unit Patients Special Procedures/Unit Details : This
is a 24 bed Neuro ICU within a comprehensive stroke center that
cares for various types of Neurological patients. Ideal candidates
will have a significant amount of experience with stroke
management, ICP management, seizure management, and critical care
patient management including titrating drips and invasive
equipment. Cannot guarantee blocked scheduling however they will do
the best they can to accommodate. Special Equipment : EVD

the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be
completed within 48 hours. Submission Process : All units are

Any previous PERM / PRN / EP staff employee of Novant Health or New
Hanover must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler. Please
note in the submission packet if your candidate previously worked
here, the hospital name and dates of employment. Facility rehire
approval is needed. We cannot proceed with any offer until rehire
approval is obtained. Failure to disclose this information will
negatively impact your candidate and may result in a cancel. Novant
runs their own check on each traveler upon hiring, so we need to
notify them beforehand. Current travel Per Diem clinicians at
Novant Health or New Hanover are ineligible for travel assignments.
Working both simultaneously is not accepted. Clinicians must select
either travel Per Diem or a Travel Contract. Please indicate in the
