Job Description:
Full-time Description Position Summary: The Bell Person is
responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest
needs. Functions: Greet and provide customer service to guests
while anticipating their needs Maintains excellent customer service
and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients,
co-workers, etc. Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Must
approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly,
service-oriented manner Able to communicate effectively with other
departments as necessary Well-groomed, professional appearance
Qualifications: Previous guest services experience preferred
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills Demonstrates
organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Requires
occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs
Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and background
check in order to be eligible for hire.
