Technical Recruiter, your primary focus will be high-volume
recruiting for exempt IT and technical positions by developing and
implementing staffing strategies and creating a robust talent
pipeline to establish GXO -as an employer of choice. If you have a

disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:
- Recruit for a variety of IT and technical roles, from entry to
executive level; recruit for non-technical roles assigned to
support changing business needs
- Identify, support and implement sourcing and marketing
strategies using various recruiting and social media platforms, job
boards and other sources to attract and secure qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure exempt and
non-exempt positions are filled with highly talented candidates in
a seamless manner
- Partner with management to develop recruitment strategy
- Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on
recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of
recruiting processes and tools
- Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most
qualified and diverse candidates
- Represent and participate in professional and college
recruitment events to foster strong relationships and fill open
positions
- Effectively partner with members of the immediate and broad
Talent Acquisition group to ensure success of the entire team
- Consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and the
self-motivation to do whatever it takes to achieve success for the
team in a quality, professional manner while maintaining upstanding
integrity and work ethics What you need to succeed at GXO:At a
minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military
experience
- 1 year of progressively responsible experience in HR/Talent
Acquisition, specifically in high-volume recruiting
- Experience with Microsoft Office - -It'd be great if you also
have:
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience with
high-volume IT and technical recruiting
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching and
candidate research
- Demonstrated confidence in all settings when
advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain
professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in an
environment with competing demands
- Solutions oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up
