Senior Implementation Consultant HR/Payroll
This position will work to ensure a high quality of service is
delivered across all HR and Payroll implementation encounters. This
product suite includes mission critical information systems key to
the daily operations of healthcare providers. Implementation scope
is complex and varied consisting of enterprise wide deployments
that include strategic, operational, technical and data related
components. This position will be responsible for executing against
organizational goals, driving an exceptional customer experience,
measuring performance and maximizing data accuracy.
Responsibilities will include implementing/tracking performance
metrics, monitoring project performance, scheduling projects,
recording payroll performance milestone and collaborating with
leadership on methodology continuous improvement.

Scheduling systems
- HR software integrations such as Recruiting, Talent Sourcing,

QualificationsWork Experience:Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or
more yearsEducation:High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred

- Exceptional leadership, client management, organization, and
interaction skills
- A strong team player who actively works across the team,
interacting with third party entities, as well as different project
stakeholders
- Customer focusedExperience: * Implementing large scale HR and
Payroll software in a healthcare environment * Provide expertise in
different payroll configuration areas * Experience with project
management, leading and driving projects to

met.Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that
compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to
attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's
internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final
salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not
limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education,
unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes
a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility
