Job Description:
Banyan Search is actively seeking a skilled Human Resources
Specialist for our client located in Salisbury, NC. This newly
created position plays a critical role in supporting multiple store
locations by addressing employee concerns, coaching store
leadership, enhancing HR documentation, and mitigating
organizational risk. By fostering trust, consistency, and fairness,
this role directly contributes to a positive and engaging workplace
culture. Key Responsibilities & Impact Serve as a trusted resource
for employees and managers, investigating workplace issues with
integrity and discretion. Collaborate with leadership to provide
coaching and guidance, fostering effective team management and
consistent decision-making. Strengthen organizational practices
through accurate, thorough documentation and process improvements.
Support a multi-unit environment by identifying opportunities to
reduce risk and enhance compliance with policies. Champion a
workplace culture that values fairness, accountability, and
inclusion, reinforcing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
professional experience. 5 years of experience in HR or employee
relations, preferably within multi-unit retail, quick-service
restaurants, or hospitality. Demonstrated expertise in Human
Resources practices, policies, and employee relations. Strong
aptitude for conducting investigations, documenting outcomes, and
providing actionable recommendations. Exceptional organizational,
interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with
employment laws and regulations is highly valued. Proficiency with
