Investors Title is looking for a Software Engineer who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and getting things done rightfrom design to deployment. You'll help build and support the applications that keep our business running smoothly, while also contributing to long-term, strategic projects that shape our future.

What You'll Do: Position Highlights

• Design, develop, test, and support high-quality software that powers our business
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business users to understand and solve real needs
• Participate in agile development processes including grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Write clean, maintainable code with well-documented logic and architecture
• Use unit tests and service tests to ensure stability and quality
• Join and contribute to code reviews that push the team to be better every day
• Estimate timelines and effort accurately to support project planning
• Stay current on industry trends and share insights with the teamWhat We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies
  • Demonstrated success in building and shipping production software
  • Proficiency in C#, JSON, LINQ, MVC, and SQL Server
  • Experience with REST/WebAPI and ORM tools like NHibernate or Entity Framework
  • Strong understanding of n-layered architecture and enterprise application design
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to all stakeholders
  • Experience with Scrum or agile/lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with Team Foundation Server or other continuous integration tools
  • Background in financial systems, insurance, or accounting software a plus
