and execute strategic projects that drive business growth and
operational improvements. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time,
within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your role will
be pivotal in enhancing operational capabilities, expanding market
presence, and improving customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans,
define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage timelines
and resources effectively. Stakeholder Management: Engage with
internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide
updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation
strategies proactively. Performance Monitoring: Track project
progress using appropriate tools, ensuring delivery within schedule
and budget. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and
implement lessons learned to improve future project execution.
Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Project Management, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 3
years of cosntruction project management experience, preferably in
retail or a fast-paced environment. Skills: Proficiency in project
management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving
abilities. Languages: Fluency in English; additional European

Compensation: Salary ranges from $90-130K Base, with a
