Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking to fill
a DWS Delivery Project Coordinator position for our client.
Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid Remote) Duration: 12 months, with
possibility for extension Role Overview: The DWS Delivery Project
Coordinator will support the NA PMO in ensuring successful project
execution, timely delivery, and seamless communication between
clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive,
detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and
client-facing experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and
manage project activities, ensuring alignment with client
expectations, scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines. Serve as
the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and
addressing inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
facilitate smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project
documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting
minutes. Identify, escalate, and track project risks and issues,
working toward timely resolution. Ensure adherence to PMO
governance, compliance, and project management best practices.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and
time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of PMO processes and project
management principles. Experience & Education: 3 years in
customer-facing project coordination within IT or related
industries. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a
related field. Project management certification (PMP, PMI, or
equivalent) preferred. Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
