us! Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and
coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables
which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key
responsibilities include communicating work objectives,
coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams,
providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the
deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to
standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the
client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality,
timeline, and cost. Responsibilities: Leads and coordinates
routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status
reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates,
etc.) Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across
multiple teams Facilitates communication and collaboration across
organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and
leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is
aligned with deliverable requirements Supports resource planning

Development LOB Specific Job Description Position Summary The
Production Services Lead - Production Readiness is accountable for
the production readiness of critical projects within releases.
Participates throughout the project life cycle ensuring
design/change account for operational stability, such as ensuring
monitoring, logging, and technical recoveries are built in. Ensures
production support teams have what is needed to operationally
support the environment post change, including documentation,
knowledge transfer, demos, etc. Responsibilities: Understand at a
high level and provide full oversight to Programs or High Impact
Projects in each release. Engage appropriate teams to review and
analyze high-risk areas. Partner with Portfolio Release Management
and Project Managers from both the TI and CIO to understand
holistic Release project scopes. Assist with remediating gaps/risks
and ensure mitigation plans are developed. Understand the full
spectrum of gathering project information for each release and
assessing for impact and PR engagement. Escalate quality or
timeline issues appropriately and construct periodic status
reports. Develop and/or maintain the project assessment form used
in understanding project scope/impact. Develop new processes or
drive efficiencies from existing processes. Provide one-off
facilitation for out of scope requests. Manage the engagement
process and mitigate any future gaps. Understanding of end to end

Experience 3 Required Qualifications 3 or more years of experience
in IT project management, with IT systems and/or application
management experience (e.g. planning, organizational, and time
management skills). Knowledge of Production Support procedures and
requirements. Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
Desired Qualifications 5 or more years hands on experience in IT,
with IT systems and/or application management. Software/code
development. Problem Management. Risk Assessment. SharePoint
Expertise/Development. Post Production / Operations Follow-up.
Knowledge of the Agile paradigm. Excellent verbal, written
communication and organizational skills Strong results & detail
oriented, along with excellent interpersonal skills (e.g.
documentation, teamwork). Experience in L2 or L3 platform or
application triage. Strong Coordination and Facilitation skills to
drive meetings through intended outcome. High level understanding
of the Design, Network Topology, Infrastructure documents.
Exceptional system analysis skills - using technical diagrams (e.g.
use of architecture diagrams) and assessing the impact a change
will have. Technical aptitude - has the ability to learn and adapt
to new technologies, applications, etc. and understand how to
assess their production readiness. Solid foundation and working
knowledge of Topology Design, Network connectivity and Monitoring
tools. Solid foundation of understanding Monitoring tools (Splunk,
AppD, SiteScope, Glassbox, etc.). Strong Confluence/JIRA
experience. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per

information Pay range $78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
