Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Associate Consultant - Control Systems
highly skilled and experienced to play role of Business Analyst/
Functional consultant in various engagements to join our team and
play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing
operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong
expertise in Business analysis, preparing as is and to be process
mapping and proven track record of success in developing and
implementing AI/RPA solutions, and a passion for leveraging
technology to drive business transformation. Required
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education. At least 2 years experience with Information Technology.

at this time. Excellent understanding of Creating L4/L5 process
flows from L2/L3 details and convert them to User stories on ADO
and how various engineers order projects work along with
understanding of the project management methodologies specifically
from the instrumentation, electrical aspects ( including drawing
creations, approvals, generating BOM of the control panels ,
creating the PLC S/w , testing of the control s/w, Panel
manufacturing drawings). Locations for this position are Raleigh,
NC & Richardson, TX . This position requires travel and/or
relocation to project/client locations. Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Domain: Control systems/PLC
(preferable) or at least some exposure to manufacturing/process
industry. Certifications – Any BA or Product owner certifications.
Play the role of BA/functional consultant in different client
programs from time to time Create thought leadership artefacts or
publish papers on various topics relevant to the industry Create
PoVs and help support the sales team in the market development
initiatives Drive requirement sessions / workshops with Business
Users Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Provide thought leadership and functional guidance to ensure
high-quality functional architecture Should be a candidate looking
for continuous learning, staying updated with the latest RPA tools
and innovations, identifying opportunities to optimize processes
and enhance automation capabilities. Excellent communication
skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex business
concepts to stakeholders. The job entails sitting as well as
working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able
to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be
