engineering approach within an end-to-end technology stack. This
job will align to a technical domain but acts as contributor to
multiple cross functional teams. Key responsibilities include
engaging in development and production environments to identify and
improve performance/capacity issues and creating and ensuring
system design technology solutions comply with enterprise
standards. Job expectations include providing and contributing to
improvements in solution design, testing, and delivery practices.
Responsibilities: Participates in solution-driven discussions, such
as various Communities of Practice (COPs), contributes to the
design of large or highly complex architectural designs, and finds
creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain and
operational constraints Produces detailed designs of infrastructure
and application architecture components Ensures that execution
aligns with product strategy by working with product management,
product owners, and other stakeholders, contributing to the
technology strategy for their technical domain Collaborates with

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced
SharePoint Engineer to serve as the primary engineer for SharePoint
Subscription Edition (SE), with secondary responsibilities
supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. This role
is critical to the stability, performance, and evolution of our
on-premises SharePoint SE environment, while also contributing to
the administration and support of our Microsoft 365 collaboration
tools. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary engineer and
subject matter expert for SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint SE farms, including
patching, upgrades, service applications, and custom solutions.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the
SharePoint SE environment. Provide secondary support for SharePoint
Online, including site architecture, permissions, and governance.
Administer OneDrive for Business, ensuring reliable access and
integration with Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with business
stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint
SE solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation,
including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and
support guides. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and
other tools. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and
implement performance improvements. Ensure compliance with
organizational policies, security standards, and data governance.
Primary Skill SharePoint Minimum Years of Experience 5 Required
Qualifications: 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint
Server, including Subscription Edition (SE). Deep understanding of
SharePoint SE architecture, farm configuration, and administration.
Experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in
enterprise environments. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and
automation. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization
skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Desired Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100,
MS-101, SharePoint Server). Experience with Microsoft Teams, Power
Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Entra ID a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise content management and collaboration
strategies. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per
