Job Description Job Description HIRING NOW: CNC MILL /LATHE OPERATOR $20/hour based on experience and shift Day Shift (6am start) Night Shift (4:30pm start) Overtime available Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Job Summary: Our client is an industry leader in critical tolerance machined products and supplies of CNC Machined parts to the Heavy Duty Diesel, Military, Aerospace, and Automotive industries. We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC operator to join our team. In this role responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to process raw materials into final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to process raw materials into final products 2. Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality 3. Load and unload materials as needed for production processes 4. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications 5. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise 6. Keep detailed records of production output, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or issues that occur during shifts 7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Proven experience as a mill/lathe operator or in a similar role 3. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 4. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols 5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed 6. Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment (up to 40lbs) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Vocational or technical training in machinery operation or a related field 2. Familiarity with specific types of machinery or equipment used in the milling process 3.
