Job Description:

Territory Account Coordinator Immediate Supervisor: Customer Service Manager Department: US Operations Location: High Point, NC Broad Function and Objective: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient superior service to internal and external customers while overseeing assigned accounts and orders. Principle Accountabilities:

  • Daily processing of orders for assigned territories or accounts, including EDI, Retail Customer Portals, Faxed Entry, and E-mail.
  • Answer phone calls, queue calls and e-mails; and handle all customer and sales rep concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate after-shipment documentation for container shipments.
  • Manage order backlog for maximum shipment, including release process to the shipping dock and communication with distribution personnel to ensure customer priorities are maintained.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and sales reps to ensure adequate flow of information, including product, order changes, and reports.
  • Utilize information systems for product knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Recognize, track, and elevate potential issues to Customer Service Manager.
  • All other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
