Performs as a patient advocate to coordinate the resolution of
patient care issues and concerns.# Works closely with medical
staff, physician office staff, nursing staff, registration staff
and the Emergency Department to improve customer service and
satisfaction.# This position is designed to strengthen, personalize
and enhance relationships between the patient and Randolph
Hospital.# Requires excellent communication skills.# Minimum of 2
years customer service experience required. Clinical
experience#preferred.# An understanding of hospital operations is
preferred.# Previous experience should include direct experience in
complaint management or consumer affairs, word processing and data
base management is required.##High School diploma or GED.
