We are looking for motivated, disciplined, and driven
individuals to join our team This role will give you the
opportunity to work independentlyin a fast - paced, dynamic team
You will work with teammates, customers, prospects, and carrier
partners to perform customer service duties and assist advisors in
account management and business transactions.
The ideal candidate will take initiative on activities that will
assist advisors in account retention and will be able to carry out
work projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Day to day account management of assigned client accounts.
Correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and
Review applications and endorsements and policies.
Establish and build relationships with customers and carriers via
phone and email.
Download, maintain, and update files in the account management
Perform quality control on all new business and documents in the
account management system.
Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability and desire to work in a company with a strong corporate
culture and varied personalities.
Previous experience working for Independent Agencies
