Local Home Care Agency seeking an Administrative
Assistant/Scheduler. We are looking fora quick and logical thinker
with excellent communication skills in a fast paced business.The
Administrative Assistant/Scheduler is directly responsible for
scheduling clients to caregivers/CNA's. This position will
communicate withcare staff, clients, families, referral sources,
and other service providers in order to maintain proper care
coordination and continuity of care.Scheduling visits for thecare
staff.Ensuring geographic scheduling to reduce drive time and to
enhance staff satisfaction.Answers phones and periodically being on
call after office hours.Perform other duties as required.
