DescriptionJob Summary: Responsible for end-to-end handling of wholesale orders from receipt through delivery to retailer as well as resolving issues related to those orders. The Order Entry Coordinator will collaborate with retailers and internal business partners to improve customer service, delivery performance and retailer satisfaction through driving consistency, quality and accuracy in the handling of wholesale orders and requests.Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area: Enter, process, and track orders from receipt through delivery to retailer. (May also include updating retailer web portals with order status information for each order). Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order fulfillment, accounting and other retailer or Sales requests. Answer phones and emails in a timely manner. Analyze reports and take action to prevent or minimize impact of order fulfillment failures. Requires proactive approach and strong follow-through. Work in a team environment across multiple functions (customer service, logistics, accounting, sales and retailer) to provide a high quality of service to customers. Provide regular updates to Supervisor/Manager and Sales Representative/Retailer as required. Be a voice/advocate for the retailer as well as a responsible representative of Tempur-Sealy. Other duties will be assigned, as needed. RequirementsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMust possess strong 10-key skillsMust possess a high level of professionalismAbility to multitask within several computer systemsAbility to meet assigned deadlines and work under pressure Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Oracle and/or AS400 experience a plusAbility to effectively collaborate cross functionally a mustBasic to intermediate problem-solving abilityStrong attention to detail and follow throughCustomer account management experience a plusHigh level of self-motivation, initiative, and flexibilityAptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTo perform this job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced corporate office environment with heavy emphasis on computer and phone work (email, AS400, Oracle, MS Office suite). Some stress may occur.
