This position is responsible for supporting a broad category of the
Amazon business. This individual will be responsible for the
analytics, tracking and tactical execution in aligning and driving
the merchandising experience for Activewear Business Units on
Amazon. This role will partner closely with the Amazon Category
Managers as well as key cross-functional stakeholders to enhance
the customer experience on Amazon. This individual must be
analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and
have a strong desire to learn the business.
Responsible for optimizing the organic customer experience for the
Amazon shopper for assigned categories – including (but not limited
to) item setup, SEO, detail page content, twistered-page
experience, and brand stores
Keen understanding of broader ecommerce trends and their
application to the existing Hbi business.

4-year college degree (BA, BS);
5+ years of previous e-commerce or merchandising experience with

Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with
exceptional reporting capabilities
Exhibits leadership and management skills, along with strong
