Location - preference in one of our hubs (Minneapolis, Des Moines,
Charlotte, Phoenix, San Antonio) but will consider the best
candidate located anywhere in U.S.
We are all remote through January 2022 (for now - the situation is
fluid). There may be a need to go to the office to collaborate with
the teams they support. Otherwise, all online right now.

Potential for contract to hire
This role is for a UX Designer to partner with the Product Manager
and Lead Engineer to consider the customer experience across
products and product areas. Critical to product management, the
role of the UX Designer is to consider the product from the lens of
the customer as product discovery and prototyping is taking place.
Customer feedback will be incorporated throughout design and
implementation phases with feedback loops, interviewing/surveying
customers to improve the journey and experience.
3+ years of experience
Work collaboratively with Product, and Engineering partners from
concept to completion
Own the end-to-end design (interaction, visual, etc.) across
multiple features and projects
Present designs, prototypes and concepts to cross-functional
partners and stakeholders
Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features
launch at the highest quality bar
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies
Responsible for developing and executing customer experience
solutions for online applications and Web sites.
Accountable for creating the most complex industry-leading user
interface design solutions.
Leading teams of customer experience professionals defines and
deploys interaction design strategies.
Serves as design 'advocate' with the ability to forecast and assess
industry trends and their impact on the company's product design
alternatives. Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best
practices and standards.
Accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design
projects that influence design and strategic direction of the
