- Replace Consumables, as needed, teach Device location and ensure that adequate consumables are available at the Customer Site
- Clear paper jams
-Assist Customer with an overview of the device functionality
-Coordinate regarding device and company branded software support -- Service calls
- Report any occurrences of Customer dissatisfaction to the ADM
- Assist in the collection of usage pages for Devices when required
- Perform maintenance on Devices as directed by the ADM
- Proficient with the use of Canon color copiers, calibration, Fiery Rips, Xrite Calibration hardware and software, and Adobe Creative Suite print menus and features;
- Spot check printouts to catch problems at an early stage
- Troubleshoot and investigate files that are not printing well
- Manage the physical space of the copier
- Collaborate with Color Manager on maintaining color calibration, and creating color profiles default color settings based on consultation with Color Manager
- Collaborate with Color Manager on implementing new color initiatives, suggesting new software and calibration devices
- Collaborate with Customer IT staff to install and test Fiery Driver software updates
- Work with Art Directors to meet their color needs
- Coordinate regarding Device Support Service calls
- Report any occurrences of Customer dissatisfaction to the ADM
- Assist in the collection of usage pages for Devices when required
- Provide initial troubleshooting for device problems or perform spare device replacements when directed by ADM.
