Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a pharmaceutical CDMO -who is hiring for a Senior - Principal -Scientist. This is a direct hire -opportunity, offering competitive pay and -benefits, working onsite. -The ideal candidate has the ability to lead a team in optimizing DOE - towards -the pharmaceutical and commercial - manufacturing -of APIs. - Responsibilities: 1. Leading DOE, optimizing APIs from -beginning stages all the way to -commercial manufacturing. - 2. Guiding various levels of - scientists -in - experimental -efforts for DOE, conducting weekly team meetings with clients, - providing -continuous -updates. - 3. Efficiently using work time to tackle multiple projects both independently and on matrix-based teams. 4. Producing research and development summary - reports at the completion of each DOE project. - Requirements: 1. Expert in all aspects of DOE software for design, modeling, and assessment of data for late-stage programs. 2. Extensive drug substance -experience with APIs, including scale-ups from early stage to commercial production. 3. 8-14+ years of lab-based experience ( dependent -upon - highest - level -of - education) -in chemical or pharmaceutical process - development. 4. Knowledge of organic syntheses - methodologies as well as analytical and spectroscopic techniques.
