The primary goal of this position is to provide our digital guests and 3rd party delivery drivers with a seamless/effortless digital experience. The team member assigned to this station will be able to verify and serve digital guests orders while facilitating improved order accuracy, consistency, expediency and guest accessibility via online pickup, and 3rd party delivery. This position will also be encouraged to engage and educate our guests on the advantages and benefits of downloading and utilizing the Zaxby's app.

Responsibilities of a Digital Attendant:

-Bagging digital orders, and preparing drinks for those orders

-Placing digital orders on the Pick-Up rack, and ensuring guests are able to find their orders

-Monitor digital orders coming through the system

-Assist the team with running pull-ahead orders in drive thru

-Assist guests with downloading the Zaxby's app, and utilization of the app Associated topics: board, cad, chip, engg, h/w engineer, layout, pc, pcb, rf, vlsi
