General Summary: At Foster-Caviness, we are reimagining what it
means to provide our Customer's with not just support, but rather
an experience . As such, we are looking for partners to help us
reinvent how we communicate and enter orders, expand communication
with customers, identify the needs of our customers, liaison with
other supporting departments on behalf of our customers, all while
owning every customer experience with heart and passion. This role

What You'll Do: Own and facilitate an amazing customer experience!
Build relationships with existing customers and identify new areas
of opportunities to improve their experience.Identify new ways to

member of the CE team to manage the business and achieve company

What You'll Bring to the Table: A sincere passion for positively
impacting people and making work, fun (this is first on the list
for a reason!)Insightful, meaningful, relevant service skills and
experience.The ability to work as part of a team, lead a team, and
perform consistently at high levels. The ability to positively
impact others, and turn frowns into smiles. Commitment, loyalty,
integrity, compassion, empathy and patience. Solid PC/Computer
skill Experience with Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, MS Team, Word is
a plus! What You'll Be Doing: Assist with the design, development,
and deployment of epic customer experience programs.Provides
day-to-day communication to customers including proactive guidance,
troubleshooting support, and issue escalation.Assist with the
development and deployment of cool, relevant ways to liaison
between Customer, Culinary Partners, and Support Teams. Partner
with Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Team, and
Support Teams to drive the Customer Experience.
