Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Compensation Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement rewards programs, policies, and processes
while evaluating their effectiveness
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners,
providing compensation consulting and conducting pay fairness
analyses
Lead global projects and support cross-functional initiatives
within the Total Rewards function
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in compensation program design and
management, with at least 3+ years in a global environment
Expertise in job evaluations, market pricing, and salary
structures
Strong global business acumen and regulatory knowledge
Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics
Strong project and team management skills
