Compensation:

--- $50,000-$55,000 base salary
--- Bonus potential tied to execution + client satisfaction
--- Full-time, in-office role in Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:
--- Own and manage the contract-to-close process for residential transactions
--- Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders with clarity and urgency
--- Track documents, timelines, and compliance details with precision
--- Prevent problems before they start-then solve the rest with professionalism
--- Represent the Marti Hampton brand with excellence from start to finish

Qualifications:
--- Active NC Real Estate License (Full Broker Required)
--- 2+ years as a real estate Transaction Coordinator
--- Strong written and verbal communication
--- Top-tier organizational and multitasking skills
--- Problem-solver with a calm, client-first mindset
--- Must be based in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remote position)
