IntroductionIBM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Sales & Delivery Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in the US. This role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPO space.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a BPO Associate Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Building up the BPO sales pipeline
• Holding client meetings to present IBM BPO services and strengthen client relationships
• Developing client solutions and IBM offers with the BPO solutioning team to meet client requirements
• Managing the contracting process with clients
• Overseeing the delivery of small to medium deals with support from the IBM BPO delivery teamRequired technical and professional expertiseSales expertise, BPO experience, and industry alignment with Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, and/or Tech sectorsPreferred technical and professional experienceCollaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to develop relevant job descriptions.IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
