SUMMARYMaintains Raw Material and Finish Goods inventory thru daily cycle counting.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains inventory accuracy by weighing and locating partial returns received from the production areas.Uses process orders to pull and stage material for production use and to determine correct quantities.Record material movements into SAP either with the RF terminal or via GUI. Perform daily Cycle Counts and Inventory Counts as required. (perform physical counts to determine correct product, lot number, location and quantity). Maintains inventory accuracy for HOT BOX. (Located in Grey Zone)Reviews on a weekly basis, LX02 report (MFG-MFGIN) to clear negatives, report product tailings and determine correctness of mfgin location.Pull and stage raw materials and supplies to production as requested. Enters transfer information into SAP via RF terminal.Change over (raw material products and Gelatin Sacks) from wood to plastic pallets for use in the production areasProvides coverage for all areas of the warehouse as needed. This may include putting up and pulling orders and taking out trash, barrels, and gelatin waste. Will drive the company straight truck as required for replenishment of inventory to/from Federal Ridge Warehouse to/from the High Point Warehouse.Performs daily inspection of forklift. Performs other reasonable and warehouse related duties as required.Maintains warehouse and own work areas cleanliness to GMP standards.Maintain cleanliness of raw material containers prior to production use.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, which must have included stand up and narrow-aisle forklift experience, or equivalent amount of training and experience. Also, must have driving experience in a straight truck. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to write simple correspondence and reports. Ability to read and interpret documents such as Packing Slips, Bills of Lading, Purchase Orders, Picking Slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to solve problems involving a few variables in standardized situations. Ability to understand information contained in Material Safety Data Sheets and apply information to actions.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to use computer to create labels and to look up information. Ability to operate a forklift. Use of weighing tools including scoops, hand tools and weighing scales. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSCurrent certification to operate a forklift.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSMust meet applicable DEA security clearance requirements if requested.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
