  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence and support the building of thought leadership materials
  • Maintain a clear and concise knowledge of GXO's product offerings and services with all industries we serve and the geographies in which we operate
  • Utilize data tools to build and maintain lists of outbound leads from a variety of sources for use in campaign execution
  • Regularly meet with members of the Sales Team and Account Managers to gain an understanding of our sales goals and go-to-market strategies to properly determine high value/strategic targets
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to track success and progress toward the team's metrics and goals
  • Build business cases in support of key organizational objectives
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to drive process improvement and best practice creative work
  • Support the development of customer marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for the various industries we serve
  • Help drive value-creating insights, recommendations and solutions
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior leadershipWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
    • 1 year of related work experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skillsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
      • Experience with ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers and LinkedIn Navigator
      • Creative, curious, decisive and innovative thinker
      • Cold-calling or other customer-facing, sales-based experience
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
        • A solid track record of success
        • Highly proficient in reading, analyzing and interpreting business information
          • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot
