Job Description We are looking for super star candidate to join our growing organization. Ideal candidate will be able to interact with customers daily, as well as provide administrative support for the manufacturing side of our business. A proactive, can-do attitude with strong administrative skills is essential to be on our team. Responsibilities -- Order entry -- Customer Service -- Purchasing -- Inventory -- New Product Setup, Including Time Studies & Costing -- Interaction with management, sales and production personnel -- Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers Skills Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) In-depth experience & understanding of ERP systems Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize work Detail oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational and planning efficiencies in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
