seeking an exceptional candidate to be part of the IT EDI team at
Tempur Sealy. This person will be responsible for analysis and
support of EDI solutions. This individual will join a team of EDI
professionals to help document, implement and support EDI
implementations used worldwide.Essential Duties, Responsibilities,
and Key Results Area:To effectively collaborate with business,
trading partners other analysts in IT to gather systems and
business requirements.To coordinate and perform the implementation
of new and maintenance of existing EDI partners, transactions,
communication protocols and EDI solutions.Will possess an
understanding of EDI transactions. Is responsible for assisting in
mapping user requirements to effective technology solutions. Will
support, maintain, and modify existing systems and
integrations.Will monitor and troubleshoot questions/problems from
the user community.Will unit test in conjunction with developers
and partners to ensure that logic and syntax are correct and
program results are accurate.Will coordinate with business users
and QA for UAT Testing and signoff.Will coordinate with appropriate
persons to ensure that we comply with all policies for system
changes.Other primary duties and responsibilities include the
following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or
reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time. This

incidental to the performance of fundamental job
duties.RequirementsQualifications:Able to effectively collaborate
with business and trading partners to gather systems and business
requirements. Able to effectively collaborate with EDI developers
to provide initial information and coordinates testing though to
activation of the partners/projectsStrong verbal and written
communicationStrong presentation skillsWorks effectively with
people that have different viewsDisplays a sense of
urgencyProficiency in reading and interpreting technical
documentation.Proficiency in writing technical design
documentation.Write and debug programsAbility to identify and
troubleshoot issues.Attention to detail, deadlines and
reportingPreference given to Consumer Products
experience.Technical:Knowledge of EDI transactions. X12, XPath,
BPML, XSLT, XML Schemas experience a plus.Experience with the X.12
format. Experience with EDIFACT and XML files a plus.Operating
System skills in Windows. Experience with IT production support and
development, and SDLC.Proficiency in reading and interpreting
technical documentationAbility to identify and troubleshoot
issuesAttention to detail, deadlines and reportingLeverages
technical expertise to get results Functional:Strong verbal and

knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Education/Training/Equipment:Minimum of 4 years of experience in
related business field or Bachelors degreeExperience and knowledge
of managing processes to completionExperience and knowledge of
working with customers/vendorsExperience working in with technical
team/developersWork Environment/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced
corporate office environment. Some stress may occur. Regular travel
is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled
projects such as program rollouts will be necessary.Tempur Sealy is
