As an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance, you will play a key role in our dynamic recruiting organization. You'll partner with Compliance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to uphold GXO's affirmative action and compliance practices within accordance with government regulations. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Develop annual affirmative action plans (AAPs) and conduct related data analysis
  • Perform critical analyses on the impacts of AAP data
  • Manage data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs
  • Participate in training the Talent Acquisition team on compliant recruitment practices to drive consistency and compliance on the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
  • Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as necessaryWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Legal or related area
    • 1 year of experience working with federal requirements and/or regulatory matters
    • Demonstrated experience in performing statistical analysis, assessments and compliance-related reporting
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience; advanced Excel skillsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laws and regulations as they relate to the business
      • Strong technical skills related to pulling and aggregating reports from HRIS and applicant tracking systems
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively and be accountable to team goals
        • Ability to work systematically; self-motivated to work independently with limited little supervision
