In this role you will partner cross functionally with Communications, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, University Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning and Development, to promote GXO as an employer of choice and to story tell our people and the culture of our Company. The Employment Brand Community Manager will play a key role in creating consistent and impactful content that promotes GXO as an Employer of choice. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Employment Brand. In conjunction with the corporate social media team, this role will be focused on content about our people and culture to attract top talent. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts with a focus on video content
  • Design digital, print, and video assets to support Talent Acquisition hiring goals
  • Develop and manage targeted employer branding content from concept generation to execution that align with hiring priorities
  • Support all talent marketing needs such as: content curation, social media planning and execution, website development, market research & more
  • Create and recommend new digital and social media strategies that align with our brand and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Create and maintain company social media Employment Brands pages and profiles (for all platforms)
  • Create and maintain GXO Careers site
  • Collaborate with Social Media team to align on Employment Brand content curation
  • Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • 25-50% travel to create content onsite What you need to succeed at GXO:
    At a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, or related field
    • Experience with social media channels and consistently providing content in a business setting
    • 3+ years of professional experience in a Marketing or communications role
    • Experience with iMovie, Wix, InShot, Klaviyo, Mojo, Canva, Planoly, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content
    • Provide a list of previously run social handles or portfolio of visual work
    • Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverablesIt'd be great if you also have:
      • 1 or more years' experience with Employment Brand
      • Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or YouTubeWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
