Job DescriptionAnalyzes and determine if products and services selected by customers are aligned with their benefit needs, and can be adequately supported through existing systems or operating platforms alternatively, seeks solutions andnegotiates essential requirements in support of any non-standard plan selections.Actively consults and communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with new business and revision activity in a timely manner and validates account pletes timely and accurate set-up of complex account structure and detailed benefit plans in systems for multiple constituents meeting internal/external deadlines for production of various products and services.Reviews benefits to ensure compliance with state and Federal legislative mandates partners with consultants, brokers, third party administrators (TPA) and others to review plan sponsor benefits and structure.Continually monitors case installation process and communicates status to internal/external constituents as appropriate may act as an implementation manager preparing installation timelines and/or work plans,maintaining case tracking tools, monitoring and managing internal installation process.Responds to escalated billing/collection issues and provides day-to-day client management support on claim related matters.Assists with the development and testing of new or enhanced product offerings.Provides technical expertise to team/unit, mentors junior staff members, and assists with the development and implementation of training tools/ids and processes.Required QualificationsWebCCIET LegislationBTQBPLVPIPPMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
