Position Details:
Title: Robotics Technician
Location: High Point, NC
Shift: 2nd 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM M-F
3rd 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM M-F
2 Saturdays per month
Compensation: $25-29 per hour + overtime (an average of 56 hr/wk)
Potential signing bonus of $10k & yearly pay increase

Position Description: The Robotics Technician will maintain and improve automated robotic systems to maximize efficiency. Duties will include the development, modification, and debugging of Fanuc Robotic code and AB PLC code, maintenance of remote I/O Device Net and Control Net, as well as assistance in automation system designing, testing, debugging, and commissioning. The Robotics Tech will also perform compliance tests on robotic/automation equipment to maintain ISO and safety standards while recommending any system changes.

Requirements:
--- Knowledge of electrical theory, PLC troubleshooting, and automation software suites (PLC 5, SLC 500, ControlLogix PLC's Devicenet, Ethernet).
--- Associate degree in automation/robotics/electronics or equivalent experience.
--- Skills in process application for Fanuc robots, networking, and troubleshooting with hydraulic, pneumatic, and adhesive applications.
--- Strong communication and people skills.
