Title: AV Technician

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Hourly Pay Scale: $28 - $33
Duration: Contract to Hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test low-voltage and fiber optic cabling
Read technical schematics and manuals
Build and test AV equipment racks
Ensure all project tools, hardware, and materials are available
Label cables properly and make red-line changes when needed
Handle DSP changes and control code loads
Maintain high quality and safety standards
Submit paperwork and weekly status reports on time
Perform other duties as assigned
