As the Internal Process Auditor , you will review, analyze and evaluate operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance to company standards. What you'll do on a typical day: Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining templates, reports, operating practices and documentation Review contracts to ensure revenue template consistency Draft audit reports and other written communications Develop risk-based work plans and project approaches Review and evaluate internal operating controls against operational activities and their compliance to company procedures Prepare and review audit planning documents, audit procedures and final reports for approval by senior management Build senior operations management consensus and support the implementation of solutions What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education, training or experience 5 years of experience performing operational and compliance audit work which conforms to professional standards Broad understanding of internal control concepts Experience with project management tools It'd be great if you also have: Professional certification such as CPA, IIA or CIA Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: audit, control testing, control and risk identification, forensic accounting or audit analysis Demonstrated critical thinking skills with strong analytical capabilities Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proactive and high-energy work style with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment Strong project management skills Be part of something big. #LI-KD1 XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Or al, Toyota and many others.
