Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence and support the building of thought leadership materialsMaintain a clear and concise knowledge of GXO's product offerings and services with all industries we serve and the geographies in which we operateUtilize data tools to build and maintain lists of inbound leads from a variety of sources for use in campaign executionMake initial contact with leads that come into our sales team Qualify leads before passing them along to the appropriate member of our Sales Operations Team Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports Build business cases in support of key organizational objectivesWork with key stakeholders across the organization to drive process improvement and best practice creative work Support the development of customer marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for the various industries we serveHelp drive value-creating insights, recommendations and solutionsProvide day-to-day support to senior leadershipWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience 1 year of related work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skillsIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar fieldExperience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot Creative, curious, decisive and innovative thinkerStrong written and verbal communication skillsA solid track record of successHighly proficient in reading, analyzing and interpreting business informationDetailed-oriented, strategic problem solver with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing objectives-- --- --- --- --- --- --- - -- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- - -- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- - We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
