Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing construction equipment company, who is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts/Counter Sales Associate to join their team. This is a temp to hire position working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you have a passion for the industry and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints both in person and over the phone.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in counter sales or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and order entry systems.
Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.
