Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, seeks a seasoned Sr. Sales Development Representative to drive sales and enhance strategic initiatives across global markets. This role is pivotal in cultivating, managing, and expanding customer relationships while delivering on innovation and operational excellence. The successful candidate will leverage industry expertise and a robust network to increase market share and achieve financial growth. This role is a unique opportunity for those passionate about transforming the traditional landscape of financial services through advanced technologies. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, industry events, and outbound marketing. Engage key decision makers in financial services sectors, presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic approaches to increase market penetration and product adoption. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and close deals with major clients while exceeding sales targets. Provide insights to product teams on market needs and opportunities for future product enhancements. Proven ability in lead generation and sales strategy execution. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of financial services and payment technology markets. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Development Rep (CSDR) is preferred. Any relevant industry certifications related to financial services or sales management.
