Business Development Representative – Commercial Services
Charlotte Metro Area • Full-Time • Base Commission If you're

people. The Opportunity As the Business Development Representative,
you will be at the front line of market expansion by opening new
doors, building meaningful partnerships, and positioning a company

and increasing earning potential. What You’ll Do Build new
relationships with commercial clients through outreach, networking,
and community engagement Identify opportunities within property
management groups, facility maintenance teams, and commercial
owners Support the sales process through discovery, communication,
proposal coordination, and follow-up Represent the organization at
industry events and professional associations Maintain pipeline
transparency through CRM tracking and proactive engagement What You
Bring 2–5 years of sales or business development experience
Background in commercial services, construction, or facilities is
ideal but not required Confidence in presenting solutions and
building trust Strong follow-through, organization, and goal focus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What You’ll Gain
