detail-oriented Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in English
and one additional language, offering a personal and culturally
sensitive approach to client interactions. The successful candidate
will be pivotal in driving our insurance sales by leveraging their
linguistic skills and deep understanding of insurance products to
cater to a diverse clientele. Engage with clients to determine
their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Perform risk
analysis and underwriting to offer suitable insurance policies
Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure business retention
and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with all relevant laws
and regulations throughout the sales process Collaborate with sales
and product teams to enhance service offerings Manage client data
and interactions using CRM tools Attend and participate in team
meetings and ongoing training sessions Fluency in English and at
least one additional language Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proven ability to manage and interpret client
needs Experience with CRM software Knowledge of insurance policies,
standards, and regulations Valid Insurance Sales License
Certification in Insurance Sales (e.g., CISR - Certified Insurance
Service Representative) preferred
