Marti Hampton Real Estate is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Manager to coach with clarity, lead with high standards, and mentor with emotional intelligence. You'll be responsible for driving real growth-in numbers, skill, consistency, and results.
Your job? Make agents who master their craft, hit their goals, and raise the standard of real estate.
You should be confident leading training sessions, setting expectations, using a CRM for follow-up, and keeping agents focused on the actions that drive their success.
You'll have everything you need to be successful: a brand that opens doors; Marti Hampton's live, high-level trainings; full in-house support from marketing, closing, and operations teams; and on-demand coaching from proven performers, personally curated by Marti.

  • Lead weekly coaching sessions and 1:1 development meetings with agents
  • Set clear production goals and hold agents accountable to milestones
  • Leverage CRM and database tools to manage agent follow-up and progress
  • Drive adoption of company systems for marketing, lead generation, and operations
  • Foster a no-drama, high-performance team culture rooted in clarity and results
  • Identify and nurture potential agent recruits to support smart team growthQualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in real estate team leadership and/or sales management
    • Proven track record of coaching agents to consistent, measurable results
    • Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM/database management
    • Familiarity with platforms like Sierra, Skyslope, KVCore, and Dotloop is a plus
    • Emotionally intelligent leadership style with a focus on accountability and growth
    • Social media proficiency is a bonus, but not a requirementAbout Company
