Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medical Records Clerk responsible for managing patient health files and ensuring confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Request and send medical records to and from Patients/Providers/Healthcare institutions
Prepare copies of records based on completed medical release forms
Organize, evaluate, and upload patient records into the EMR system

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with EMR systems
Experience in a healthcare or medical office preferred, but not required
