us! Job Description: This job is responsible for managing large
projects for an operations department or Line of Business. Key
responsibilities include directing the research of existing
operations, procedures, workflow, product, and service requirements
and managing the analysis of assembled data to define problems,
including cost/benefit analysis and scope of the project. Job
expectations include overseeing end-to-end project status, project
health, mitigation, and timely escalation and working directly with
senior management to set and maintain strategic project direction.
Responsibilities: Determines testing methods needed for assigned
projects, educates resources, partners with all testing teams
engaged, and analyzes reporting and assembled data to define
problems Manages and directs project parameters, costs, project
testing execution, resource allocation, and cost/benefit analysis
Partners with operations management on creating project impact and
providing direction and guidance to internal teams Coordinates
development of key project deliverables in partnership with various
key internal and external business partners Manages and leads the
execution of multiple and often competing priorities to meet
deadlines and adhere with policies and procedures Establishes
project status routines and tracks critical path deadlines and
overall business measures for success Oversees defect resolution
and roadblock clearing efforts to enable successful completion of
testing Line of Business Job Description: This job is responsible
for managing medium to large projects for an operations department
or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include coordinating
execution across stakeholders and test groups, managing project
scope, planning, and organizing, directing the execution of change
and working closely with stakeholders on project impact, risks,
issues and escalations to ensure we mitigate the risks related to
change effectively. Job expectations include acting as the first
point of contact for end-to-end project status, project health,
risk mitigation, and timely escalation to leadership and
stakeholders. Works on various project related activities
supporting Specialized Servicing and Fulfillment Operations (SSFO).
Manages the end-to-end change process on people, process and
technology changes focused on service, support or product
fulfillment. Researches and documents organizational reviews,
workflow analysis, and management/staff analysis. Responsible for
significant contributions to the design and development of project
deliverables. Responsible for timely completion of project
deliverables. Resolves complex problems based primarily on
knowledge of the business, as well as general project guidelines or
procedures. Explains and interprets project procedures. Works
across teams and team members on all phases of projects in a
matrixed environment. Responsible for managing complex to high-risk
cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs/projects for
Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee
readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with the
business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current
methods, and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements
Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of change; acts
as the primary point of contact and is responsible for the
end-to-end integration of various work streams Plans, organizes,
monitors and controls project using appropriate tools and
techniques to ensure project completion and benefits are achieved
Ensures that all applicable Global Change Standards, Enterprise
Procedures and any FLU/CF Procedures are followed for the project
and that documentation meets Enterprise and LOB requirements
Central point of contact with responsibility for E2E project
status, tracking against critical path deadlines and overall
business measures of success, ensures appropriate checkpoints and
engagement with cross functional stakeholders, support for
escalations, etc. Responsible for development of key project
deliverables, in coordination with Process Owner/Business Owners,
SMEs, Product Managers, Technology Leads, project team and business
partners (Kickoff, Materiality Assessment, System of Record (PPRT)
setup, Charter, Stakeholder List, Project Plan, Risk Assessment
(UCRA), Control plan, Project Tollgates, etc.) Facilitate and
contribute with LOB/SMEs/Technology/Process Design/Reporting to
identify primary and secondary metrics; define approach to validate
success with data/reporting Ensure all necessary partners and work
streams are established during the beginning of the project (e.g.
process design, readiness, reporting, QA, testing) ?Coordinate with
partners to track resolution of post install defects identified
within project warranty period; ensure stability of process and BAU
transition Required Qualifications: Knowledge of the change
framework for both AGILE and Waterfall project types; strong
emphasis on AGILE methodology, JIRA Efficiency in MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Teams, Copilot) and
SharePoint 5 years experience supporting end to end change for
medium to large projects, desirable to have experience in an
Operations area Demonstrate a strong technical and analytical
mindset in order to effectively work within a heavy technical
driven environment Strong problem-solving skills and understanding
of business requirements to identify opportunities and develop
solutions to improve systems or processes, with an intense focus on
collaboration Ability to influence decisions with various business
partners to include Technology, Sales, and Operations Must be able
to work efficiently in a high pressure, fast changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented on business process
concepts Ability to effectively support multiple high priority
activities concurrently Ability to lead projects end to end and to
build consensus among different stakeholders Strong understanding
of DCRS technology Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence

$121,400.00 - $155,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
