A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Operations
Development & Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to
improve operational performance and member experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training and change
management approaches for initiative deployment
Monitor operational effectiveness and propose improvements to
support care team performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a
related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare provider setting or
value-based operations
Hands-on operations leadership experience with a focus on team
building and stakeholder relationships
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to value-based
care operations
Experience in a high-paced, evolving startup environment
