--- Connect homeowners' with the proper windows and doors to meet their needs and transform their spaces
--- Provide exceptional customer service
--- Drive sales
--- Track and report data in our CRM
--- Be a key player in the company's continued success
--- Serve others at a high level

Qualifications:
What is Expected:
--- 3+ years of outside sales experience
--- Strong record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
--- Unwavering, high level of integrity
--- Ability to retain and adapt information quickly
--- Extremely comfortable with new technology
--- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
--- A burning desire to win
--- A strong willingness to serve others
